One on One and Semi Private Group Training

At FIT Solutions we make it our business to ensure that each program is based on an individuals specific goals, availability and budget.  There are no fashion shows, no mirrors and no BS.  It's all just good old hard work with a qualified consultant and your health and fitness our only focus.

One on one training is a fantastic way to achieve your fitness goals with a program tailored to your exact needs.  We begin with all our clients with a thorough fitness assessment and goals analysis then design your program around your flexibility with training times and days.  

No contracts and no strings. You decide how often you want to train and we book you in accordingly. Some people train every day others come as little as 1 session per week.  You can also decide between an hour session or, for people on the go, a 30 minute session aka the Half Hour of Power.

The Half our of power is an affordable alternative to training with real bang for your buck.  Expect to come out of a HHP sweating up a storm and trying to catch your breath.  We also encourage people to get together in small groups to train together.  We call it Semi-Private training because while it is not one on one attention you still get the quality of service and attention to detail that all our trainers specialise in, and at the same time enjoy a cost effective method of training.  With this form of training we can fit anywhere between 2 and 7 people in a semi-private group at any one time with prices sliding off with the more people that are involved.
