FIT Solutions Circuits (Indoor and Outdoor Circuit Training)
Our circuit group training program combines functional resistance exercises with bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular work. Sessions are run indoors and outdoors with work periods, rest periods and exercise movements constantly varied to test you and bring you a session that will promote an awesome level of strength endurance to help you achieve your fitness goals. Advanced Resistance Training
Strength is an important facet of life no matter who you are. Advanced Resistance Training is a session designed to promote strength in functional aspects of your life. Squat, Deadlift, Press, and Pullup are staples with lots of stuff in between. Be prepared for the little finisher when the Resistance work is done to give the workout a small cardiovascular component. Check the timetable for details.
FIT Soles
The FIT Soles get together most Saturdays at a different location to run. Ability means nothing here so don't let that hold you back as each individual runs at their own pace. The aim of The FIT Soles is to get together with other people with similar goals and have those people ready to tackle whatever fun run that comes up. There is no cost for this session.
