CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology that promotes physical competence across a very broad and general range of skills.

CrossFits prescription for reaching that fitness is "constantly varied functional movement at high intensity". In CrossFit you run, row, climb, use Olympic lifts and master basic gymnastic skills and callisthenic exercises. CrossFit uses a scoring and timing system that turns workouts into sport.

CrossFit's universal approach has standardised WOD's to allow people to compare WOD times and scores online via a ‘virtual' community that is worldwide. Our CrossFit program to begin with will run 4 morning sessions per week. Check the timetable for more info.
