Boot Camp runs in 5 weeks blocks with both a morning (3 sessions per week) and afternoon (2 sessions per week) being run at the same time. 

Boot Camp is open to people of all fitness levels although be prepared to be pushed to your limits no matter how fit you are. Fitness sessions and locations vary every day to add to the experience. No two sessions are ever the same. Boot Camp is the ultimate test not only to ones physical abilities also will test your mental resolve yet at the same time fulfilling all of your training needs.
