My favourite meal is Steak(porterhouse, grassfed with the fat on), vegetables(packet of steamed veges does the trick and half an avocado. I could eat this for every meal.

The next whole 30 challenge group starts on Monday 16 January 2012.
If you want to give it a go then commit to it, post that you are in, get a success guide and start thinking about breakfast Monday.

Nutrition Chat with Brett at the CrossFit Townsville Country Box
We have been talking about it for a while now and we are going to kick off our flowing whole 30 challenges. Basically this means we will have Whole 30 challenges starting at many different dates to avoid the age old excuse of "I wanted to start the Whole 30 challenge but a accidently ate a Snickers so I guess I will try again next time it comes around".
Let's meet at the Box and chat up a storm bring a friend by all means they don't have to be a CrossFitter or Bootcamper to adjust their eating habits.
Brett

A bucket load of people have had success with the Whole 30 challenge and we want to make doing it with others more accesible to you.
This Blog will provide opportunities to start the Whole 30 challenge at any stage.
Lets start off the comments with those who have kicked off whole 30 or those who want to kick it off soon.
I am in day 6 today and on day 0 I was 88.4kg post Christmas debauchery today I weighed in at 84.2. Weight is unimportant but the feeling of being a bit lighter is awesome not to mention the pleasure of being in control again. My challenge will be the trip to Korea at the end of this month.
